Setup, Step by Step, Without a Manual

The setup sequence is the same whether you are building a 10x10ft backdrop or a 20x20ft island booth. Lay out the base sections on the floor, connect them with the twist-lock, stand the uprights into the base connectors, add the top crossbars, clip the LED strips into the pre-mounted channels, plug in the power supply, and press the silicone edge of the graphic into the groove around the perimeter. That is it. No Allen wrench, no level required if the floor is reasonably flat, no second person needed for anything except lifting a 6-meter crossbar onto the uprights.

The graphics are dye sublimation on SEG fabric, printed in-house on our 3.2-meter roll-to-roll line in a single pass — no seams on a 6-meter wall. Dye-sub infuses the ink into the polyester fiber, so the light from the OSRAM LEDs passes through the graphic instead of reflecting off a printed surface. The colors are more saturated, the blacks are deeper, and the fabric survives being folded and unfolded for show after show. Changing a graphic takes ten minutes: pull the silicone edge out of the groove, press the new one in, plug in, turn on.
