4. What details are needed before production?
Answer: We need to confirm the following details:
a. Logo image/text/front/letter.
b. Dimensions (width x height)
c. LED color: red, blue, green, yellow, cool white, warm white, pink.
d.LED neon light flexible skin: milky white skin or colored skin (red, blue, yellow, green, pink)
e. Acrylic board: black board or transparent board
f. Back plate shape: a whole square plate; or the plate is cut into letters; or the plate is cut into shapes.
g. Installation method: screw installation (wall) or rope suspension (ceiling)
5. Does my neon light need to be professionally installed?
Answer: Hanging new neon signs is usually easy. The average weight of custom neon signs is 3-6 kg, and pre-drilled holes are made on the acrylic back panel. All you need to do is to fix the neon sign on the wall, or you can choose to hang it on a chain as an optional accessory.
